Using Off Pipeline filters

Located between the Opportunity Flow kanban and the opportunity list is the Off Pipeline filter options.

The Off Pipeline filter options include:

• Move Up: Allows a salesperson to see which customers have requested extra expediency with their scheduling.

• DNC: Opportunities where the customer has requested not to be called.

• Hunter: Opportunities where a salesperson has met with the customer and provided them a quote, but received no definitive answer from the customer.

• Archive (Lost): Opportunities where the customer is no longer interested and indicated for us to stop reaching out.
