See the list below to learn the different types of Opportunities.

Lead

  • New prospect, not yet qualified. Use for cold contacts or unverified inquiries. Appears in Lead pipeline filters.

Prospect

  • Qualified lead showing intent. Use after initial contact confirms interest.

Customer

  • Existing or past customer coming back. Use for repeat business or follow-up jobs.

Referrals

  • Referred by another contact or customer. Use when the lead source is a person-to-person referral.

⚠ Mark as Bad Lead

  • Bad leads are illegitimate leads and should be marked as such so they don't count towards marketing expenses. For a full list of Bad Lead Reasons, see Marking an Opportunity as a Bad Lead.
