Lead
New prospect, not yet qualified. Use for cold contacts or unverified inquiries. Appears in Lead pipeline filters.
Prospect
Qualified lead showing intent. Use after initial contact confirms interest.
Customer
Existing or past customer coming back. Use for repeat business or follow-up jobs.
Referrals
Referred by another contact or customer. Use when the lead source is a person-to-person referral.
⚠ Mark as Bad Lead
