Create Opportunities & Estimates. Start the sales workflow by clicking Create Opportunity and entering the job address. The system auto-suggests and loads map data automatically. Select the Lead Source for attribution and update the job Status to match pipeline progress. Upload field photos in the Attachments tab, then open the Estimates section and click Add Estimate. You can choose one of three options: Blank, From Template, or From Measurement. After creating the estimate, enter measurements and waste percentage, then open Workscopes to add labor and material line items. Pricing updates automatically as you build the scope. Before saving, open Summary to review totals and net profit margin.
