What this page is for:
 The company catalog of where leads come from. Categories sit on the left (grouped Internet / Email / Media / Other by name). Sources in the selected category appear on the right. Inactive sources are hidden until you click Show All. This is not where you attach a source to an opportunity — that is Lead & Referral.

Where: Admin Console → Sales & Marketing → Lead Sources

Steps:

  1. Open Lead Sources.

  2. Click a category. The heading shows the category name and n source(s) shown. Empty: No lead sources found. Empty heading: Select Category.

  3. Search with Search lead sources... (name, category, or linked campaign).

  4. Show All / Hide Inactive to include or hide inactive rows.

  5. Toggle Status on a row to activate or deactivate (no confirm dialog).

  6. Pencil (Edit source) to change a source. Export downloads the visible rows as CSV (CategoryNameLinked CampaignsIncoming NumberNoteStatus).

Columns: ID, Category, Name, Linked Campaigns, Incoming Number, Note, Status, Action.


New Category

What this page is for:
 Add a lead-source category. New categories that do not contain “internet”, “email”, or “media” in the name land in Other.

Where: Lead Sources → New Category

Steps:

  1. Click New Category.

  2. Modal Add New Category → New Category Name (required).

  3. Add Category (or Cancel).


Edit Category

What this page is for:
 Rename the category currently selected on the left.

Where: Lead Sources → Edit Category (disabled until a category is selected)

Steps:

  1. Select a category.

  2. Click Edit Category.

  3. Modal Edit Category → change the name → Save Changes.


New Source

What this page is for:
 Create or edit a specific lead source, optionally link it to marketing campaigns.

Where: Lead Sources → New Source (create) or row pencil → Edit Source

Steps:

  1. Click New Source (or the pencil).

  2. Fill Category (required), Source Name (required), Incoming Number (optional, US 10-digit), Note.

  3. Under Campaign assignments, check campaigns to link. Search with Search available campaigns.... Campaign Settings ↗ opens the campaign screen. Linked months shows which months are tied.

  4. Create (new) or Update (edit). After Update: all existing months in this campaign will be linked (or removed, if you unchecked).

Need campaigns first? Create them under Marketing Campaigns, then come back to assign.
