What this page is for:
Tasks on one opportunity (mentions, due date, assignee). Same Klaus tasks as My Tasks, different create form. Not job Milestones.
Where: Opportunity → Tasks (#tasks)
Card title: Tasks
Steps:
Open the opportunity Tasks tab.
Add opens the add form (see Add Task).
Each row shows name, description, Due: / No due date, Assigned to: or Unassigned.
Change status with the dropdown: Pending, In Progress, Done, Overdue (placeholder Select status...).
Menu: Edit Task / Delete Task.
This is the same Tasks tab already listed under Opportunities. Keep one article and cross-link.
Add Task
What this page is for:
Create a task from an opportunity. Not Create New Task on My Tasks.
Where: Opportunity Tasks → Add
Submit: Add Task (Adding...)
Steps:
Task Name * (Enter task name).
Due Date *.
Mention To * (Select person to mention) — the assignee.
CC To (optional) (Select person to CC (optional)).
Details (Enter task details... Use @ to mention additional people.).
Submit Add Task.
Edit Task uses the same field set on an existing row.
