Login OTP

What this page is for:
 Company switch for one-time codes after password. System-tier. Sign-in behavior is Getting Started → Login OTP.

Where: Admin Console → System → Login OTP
 /portal/settings/login-otp
 Subtitle: Require SMS/email one-time codes after password. Remember device, bypass roles.

Steps:

1. OTP is on / OTP is off. Off = password-only.

2. Delivery channel: SMS only / Email only / SMS, then email fallback.

3. Code expires (minutes), Remember this device (days) (0 = every login).

4. Save (Login OTP settings saved.). Test SMS if Sent.dm is configured (Integrations → sent.dm).
