Referral Program

What this page is for:
 Public intake form (no staff login). Admin Console → Referral Program opens this same page. Submits to the public referral API.

 Refer someone to KL Roofing and we'll take great care of them

Steps:

1. Open /referral (or Admin → Referral Program).

2. Customer Information: First Name, Last Name, Phone (required); Email, Address (type to search).

3. Service Type (required, select all that apply): Roof Replacement, Roof Repair, Cleaning, Gutter Replacement, Gutter Repair, RainDrop, Insulation, Siding, Windows, Doors.

4. Referred By (required) → Full Name.

5. Additional Notes (optional).

6. Submit Referral. Success: Thank you! Your referral has been received. Sending: Submitting your referral…
