What this page is for:
 Which sources (and referrer) sit on this opportunity. Does not create catalog sources.

Where: Opportunity detail → Lead & Referral
 Card: Lead & Referral
 Fields: Primary Source, Secondary Source

Steps:

  1. Open the opportunity → Lead & Referral.

  2. Read Primary Source / Secondary Source (- if none).

  3. Add opens Add Primary Lead Source, then Add Secondary Lead Source, then Add Lead Source (you pick Primary or Secondary).

  4. ⋯ → Remove → Remove Lead Source → Remove.

On New Opportunity, Lead Source Category and Specific Lead Source are optional (required={false}). You can set them at create or later on this tab.


Add Lead Source

What this page is for:
 Attach an existing catalog source to the opportunity. If the category name includes “referral”, you can add a referrer in the same save.

Where: Lead & Referral → Add

Steps:

  1. Click Add.

  2. Lead Source Category → Choose a category... then Specific Lead Source.

  3. Lead Source Type: shown as Adding as: Primary / Secondary Lead Source, or a Primary/Secondary select when both already exist.

  4. Not referral: Add Primary Lead Source or Add Secondary Lead Source.

  5. Referral: Referral Contact (optional) — save the source now and assign later, or Save Lead Source & Referral.

  6. Success: Lead source added successfully! or Lead source & Referral added successfully!


Assign Referral Contact

What this page is for:
 Link the person who referred this job. The Referral Information card appears only when a source category includes “referral”.

Where: Lead & Referral → Referral Information → Assign (or Assign Referral)
 Modal: Assign Referral Contact

Steps:

  1. Open Referral Information. Empty: No referral contact assigned yet. Click + Assign to link one.

  2. Click Assign.

  3. Search Existing (Name, Email, or Phone) or Create New.

  4. Save Referral. Success: Referrer assigned successfully!

  5. To remove: ⋯ → Remove → Remove Referrer → Remove.
