What this page is for:
 Company schedule for all departments: appointments, production, blocks, holidays, and events. Click a chip to open Event Details. You cannot drag-create on this page — use Add Event. Needs calendars.view.

Where: Field sidebar → Calendars
 /portal/schedules/calendars
 Title: Calendars | Klaus Connect
 Breadcrumb: Schedules → Calendars

Steps:

  1. Open Calendars. Tabs: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Agenda, Map. Default is Daily.

  2. Filters (not on Production Calendar): Locations, Departments, Employees, Search..., Add Event.

  3. Period header: month/year, then ‹, Today, ›.

  4. Footer legend: Service Types: plus install colors (Roof Replacement, Roof Repair, Gutters, etc., plus Block / Not Assigned). Monthly can switch to employee colors.

  5. Click an event → Event Details.

Employee row order follows Staff Order in Calendar Settings.


Daily

What this page is for:
 One day, one row per employee, times about 6:00–21:00. Overlapping items on the same person can cluster. Company-wide holidays/events show on every row.

Where: Calendars → Daily

Steps:

  1. Each row is a person (name, department, hours or OFF).

  2. Click a block to open Event Details.

  3. Change day with Today / arrows. Filter people with Locations, Departments, Employees, Search....


Weekly

What this page is for:
 Same staff rows as Daily, one column per day (Sunday–Saturday).

Where: Calendars → Weekly

Steps:

  1. Scan the week, then click an event for Event Details.

  2. Today / arrows move by week.


Monthly

What this page is for:
 Month grid of chips. Color by service type (default) or by employee.

Where: Calendars → Monthly

Steps:

  1. Color by: Service type or Employee. Employee mode uses a people legend instead of Service Types.

  2. Click a chip for Event Details.


Agenda

What this page is for:
 List for the current month, grouped by person (company-wide first). Counts Total, Appointments, Blocks.

Where: Calendars → Agenda

Steps:

  1. Expand a person. Empty: No events found. Missing street: No address.

  2. Click a row for Event Details.


Map

What this page is for:
 One employee’s travel for one day: home → stops → home. Only one route at a time.

Where: Calendars → Map

Steps:

  1. Route employee — Select employee… then a name. Route date plus Today / arrows.

  2. Views Map and Route. Loading: Loading jobs... / Building route... Empty: No jobs on this date.

  3. Route Summary (N stops) — Total Appointments, Total Stops, Total Distance, Total Travel Time. Print uses Route Summary.
