Appointment Emails

Confirmation and cancellation templates, Send how many days before?, Time of day to send, Timezone, Email template, Cancellation email template, Cc. Switch: Enable automatic confirmation emails — When off, no confirmation emails are sent. Reset / save. Loading: Loading…

The same confirmation/cancellation config also opens from Notification Center as Appointment email configuration.

Blocks

Notify these people when a block is created, Minimum notice before a block starts (hours) (0 = anytime). Invalid: Invalid notice. Send a test email. Reset / save.

Staff Order

Set the order staff appear in on the Employee Calendar. This order applies to every calendar view. Staff without a set order appear last, alphabetically. Drag to reorder → save. Success: Order saved. Reset.
