Contract Templates

What this page is for:
 Company library of contract templates. Matching uses job type, property type, state, and location. This is where staff choose and edit contract content — not the job Contract tab.

Where: Admin Console → Estimate Library → Contract Templates
 /portal/products/product-management
 Title: Estimate Library | Klaus Connect

Steps:

  1. Open Estimate Library → Contract Templates.

  2. Filter by search, job type, status, state, property type.

  3. + New Template or Duplicate Template → Duplicate.

  4. Columns: Template Name, Job Types, Property Type, Status, States, Location apply.

  5. Pencil to edit (Create New Template / Edit Template — {name}).

  6. Job Contract then loads the matching template. No match → Could not load contract.
