Located on the left side of the Contacts page, the sidebar provides a convenient collection of helpful tools and quick-reference information. It gives you an at-a-glance view of important customer contact details, helping you quickly access the information you need and streamline your workflow.

The Contacts page sidebar provides a quick overview of the customer and their relationship with the company. The sidebar is organized into several sections, each providing easy access to important contact and work-related information.

Contact Name
At the top of the sidebar, the contact’s name appears in bold. Beneath the name, you’ll see the date the contact was added to the system, along with a status tag identifying their relationship with the company, such as Customer.

Below these details are quick-action buttons that allow you to call, send an SMS message, or email the contact using their primary contact information.

Contact Section
The Contact section displays the customer’s primary phone number and email address. To update this information, select the blue Edit button in the upper-right corner of the section.

Work Section
The Work section provides an at-a-glance summary of the customer’s work history with the company. It shows the number of active opportunities, estimates, and jobs associated with the customer.

The section also highlights active opportunities and includes key details such as the opportunity service type, opportunity number, and current opportunity status (for example, Initial).

Properties Section
At the bottom of the sidebar, the Properties section displays the properties associated with the contact. This may include important addresses, such as the customer’s Billing Address and Working Address.
