Contacts Management
Contacts Management. Start by navigating to the Contacts menu and clicking 'New' to add a client, or simply search for an existing one. Once on the client's profile, you can easily update their personal information by clicking the 'Edit' button.
For address management, click 'Add' to enter multiple addresses, such as billing or job site locations. Once saved, the system automatically pins the location on the Property Map, where you can seamlessly switch between standard, satellite, and 3D views.
To access the communication tools, navigate to the Opportunities menu on the sidebar, select Created, and click on your client's name from the list view. Once on their details page, everything is built right in. You can click the icons to instantly make a call, send an SMS, or draft an email using our pre-made templates to save time. Your entire conversation history is automatically logged and organized in the Timeline and Communication section.
Finally, from this same page, you can easily invite your clients to log in and track their projects by simply clicking the 'Send Onboarding' button.
