What this page is for:
 Table (or cards) of estimates with status tiles and a search box. One row = one bundle. Not in the sidebar; Flow is the default list.

Where: /portal/estimates/estimates-list
 Title: Estimates

Steps:

  1. Status tiles: Open, Quoted, Sold, Contracted, Closed, Lost. Default Open.

  2. Search: Search Est. ID, FM ID, Job Type, or Customer Name..

  3. Open Advanced Search (same dialog as Flow).

  4. Toggle List / Cards.

  5. Columns include Status, Estimate ID, Job Type, Customer Name, Address, City, State, a date column that matches the tile (Created Date, Quoted Date, Sold Date, Contracted Date, Closed Date, Lost Date), Grand Total, Created By.

  6. Click a row to open Estimate detail (from=list).
